Our established property management company values motivated “get the job done” maintenance supervisors. Self-starters, team players, and those who understand supervision will excel at our quality apartment communities. The ability to communicate with management and residents is also very important in the performance of this job. Those interested in applying should note that A/C certification Type one and two are required plus two to three years of maintenance experience is preferred. On call hours are required but are paid extra. A maintenance technician with our company should expect a rewarding and busy work atmosphere that enables them to apply their knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair on a daily basis. HVAC certified applicants are preferred but we will consider all those applying as future certification is a requirement of all our technicians. Those with apartment maintenance experience will have an edge as we evaluate our candidates. Bring your own tools and we’ll supply your uniforms!
